Because digital items are instantly accessible after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on:

Editable downloads
Instant download products
Any other digital files

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

You accidentally purchased the same item twice
The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
You did not receive your download after purchase
